Tops Friendly Markets- Brighton, NY

Tops Markets is one of the leading grocery retailers in New York State. In order to continue achieving record level sales at this location, Tops and DiMarco teamed up to expand and update retail space to increase efficiency and promote new products. The scope of this project incuded renovating an outdated store, add-on vestibules and offices, update the façade, and reconfigure the store to provide an additional 3000 sf of retail space.
The entire vestibule of the building was demolished and reconstructed with modern stone veneer and wood paneling, ceilings at the front end were raised over one foot, customer service desks, pharmacy and managers office were relocated and two new vestibules were built. Bathrooms were remodeled with new customer restrooms constructed. Nearly 2,000 sf of sales floor was added and large windows were added to the vestibules to bring in an abundance of natural light

 
Baytowne Plaza Rehabilitation Phase I- Rochester, NY

DiMarco Constructors has been pleased to contract with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. on the new build and renovation projects of Sam’s Club stores across the east. Locations typically range in size from 70,000–190,000 sq ft, with an average club size of approximately 133,000 sq ft. DiMarco Constructors is proud to have met Sam’s changing schedule, scope and budget requirements without any store shutdowns or interruptions; allowing a turn-key transition process to be a proven a success for daily operations.

 
Kohl's Department Stores- Multiple Locations

DiMarco Constructors has formed a strong working relationship with Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc., and has assumed the role of general contractor on multiple projects throughout the Eastern United States. DiMarco Constructors works hard to ensure each project meets necessary timelines and parameters, while falling within the location’s budget. DiMarco Constructors successfully met the Green Building Standards required for a Silver Level of Certification under the LEED Green Building Rating System for the construction of the Kohl’s, Buffalo, New York project.
